Berina likes to sometimes add wood, paper, semiprecious beads and stones to her work, she also designs small collections blending elements of her one-off pieces, in sterling silver, described as 'contemporary designs using traditional goldsmithing techniques', the collections include neckpieces, brooches, earrings and rings.

Berina has exhibited Nationally and Internationally. One of her Art of Gold pieces can be seen in the permanent collections at The National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks.
