Course Description:
The Teenage Years bring lots of different challenges to parenting. Teenagers start experimenting with individuality and coming into themselves. Often times this comes with a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunication between parents and teenagers.

I'm a mother of two who understands that being a parent is no easy job. I am incredibly passionate about the work I do, because there are so many parents out there who feel lost, who need help, direction and support. It's the reason why I founded Happychild.ie, a specialised parent mentoring service supporting families, children and teens. My aim is supporting parents in understanding the thoughts, feelings and intentions behind children's behaviours.

This course helps parents understand the thoughts and feelings behind their teenagers' behaviour and helps to learn tools to navigate this often difficult developmental stage of children.
