This course will cover all the basics with many helpful tips and tricks to host and cook Christmas Dinner and festive-style dishes both savoury and sweet. Some dishes will be aimed to serve the main meal itself and group feeding over the festive period. Many dishes will be able to be frozen until the big day also!

Examples of some dishes covered:
Bread rolls,
Stuffing,
Cranberry sauce,
Mini quiches,
Mince pies,
Chocolate yule log,
Christmas terrine starter.
