Entry Requirements

Education: Applicants should have achieved a minimum of a QQI Level 4 Major Award or its equivalent. For QFA modules applicants should have achieved a minimum of a QQI Level 5 Major Award or its equivalent. Strong numerical and literacy skills are essential. IT Software Application skills to QQI Level 4/5 or equivalent are essential. For ILM modules applicants should have achieved a minimum of QQI Level 5 Manor Award or its equivalent.

Aptitude: Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written are important, as is a good command of the English language, as work requires dealing directly with the general public.

Previous Experience: Previous relevant industrial/commercial experience is desirable.

Eligibility:
1. CE or TUS Applicants are not Eligible
2. Applicants from outside the European Economic Area, require a Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB)
Card -Stamp 4 to be eligible for our Training or a Labour Market Permissions Letter.

The programme is delivered combining live online workshops and tutor supported remote learning. This course is delivered over eight days through zoom technology. Learners will be supported throughout the programme by our expert tutors and Learning and Development team.
