Pre Guidance Meetings where applicable will take place from May 20th 2024

Offers of places will issue following completion of first round pre-guidance meetings

Second Round applications open June 4th 2024.

Pre-entry guidance meetings will take place from August 30th subject to availability of places.

Application system closes on September 30th for 2024 full-time entry.

This course is designed to
Enable participants to enhance and improve their existing sports skills. This course has a high practical content, delivered by qualified coaches and is designed to develop existing sports skills to a very high standard as well as introducing students to a broad range of innovative strength, conditioning and injury prevention methods. The course also affords participants to gain an insight into adventure activities organisation and participation.

How the course is taught
GTI has developed a style of teaching to meet the demands of a diverse community of learners. This course has a very high practical element which involves participants being involved in physical activity on a daily basis. We make extensive use of advanced multimedia and internet based technologies to bring subject matter to life and to ensure effective learning.

Whenever possible, we use a Learn-by-Doing approach to make the learning experience more realistic and enjoyable. We provide learning supports that are tailored to the needs of individual learners.
