Computer Illustration Graphics QQI Level 6
This course if a follow on from Graphic Design Level 5
• Fundamentals of Graphic Design – its Laws and Styles
• Formulate Text / Images digitally to create a graphic design solution from a given brief. Apply and manipulate both vector and pixel- based imagery to create graphic design campaigns.
• Use different software packages in creating graphic design solutions – and utilise them all as a unit.
• Critically evaluate the development of a design solution and implement changes based on this appraisal.
• Produce Advertising projects that demonstrates graphic design solutions created for application to numerous different media platforms.
• Understand the value on Commercial Work – and how the workflow is conducted and produced.
• Study famous Designers and their work
• Study Famous Adverts through time – what gave them impact.
• Develop a style that is Professional and has a Commercial Value
The designs and concepts you make in Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign can then be populated to make Advertising Film Clips.
Clips can be shot of any mobile devise and then edited in Premier Pro.
Premiere Pro is the industry-leading video editing software for film, TV and the web. to help you craft footage into polished films and videos to scale ratios for requirement.
Premiere Pro can be used for all common video editing tasks necessary for producing broadcast-quality, high-definition video. It can be used to import video, audio and graphics, and is used to create new, edited versions of video which can be exported to any medium and format necessary for the distribution / promotion.
You will be shown how to promote Brands / Businesses / Products / Ideas / Designs
When creating videos using Premiere Pro, various videos and still Images / Illustrations can be edited together for great effect.
Titles can be added to your videos, and filters can be applied along with other effects – Controlling Movement To Enhance Your Creativity of your Design
