With the increase in modern building environments and need to manage hard and soft services, there has been a big increase in demand for qualified junior, middle and senior facility managers. This facilities certificate is suited to newcomers with no prior experience who wish to work in facility management and require an entry level qualification.

CMI is an approved accredited partner with IWFM - Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (formerly BIFM British Institute of Facilities Management). Our School of Facilities Management offers the highest level of part time Facilities Management courses.

The Certificate in Facilities Management course is an internationally recognised level 4 UK qualification (which is comparable to level 6 in Ireland) and is awarded by the IWFM Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management.

There are lots of career opportunities and upon successful completion graduates can progress to the next level of qualification which is the Facilities Management Diploma by doing a Top Up of 5 units.
