Course Content:
This course is taught by a native speaker and will cover the following: a background knowledge of Mandarin, vowel basics, vowel combinations, tones + recap of pinyin, greetings, what is your name, numbers, colours, family, work, food, drinks, animals, time, months of the year, travel, sports, plans for your weekend & how you feel.
Tutor Xingxin Lu, studied electronic engineering in Maynooth University. She is an engineering major and is currently working as a project engineer. She is highly involved in volunteer work, from president to local the committee of AIESEC DCU to tutor in computer skills for senior citizens in her local community. Xingxin enjoys meeting new people and getting to know new cultures and in her spare time, enjoys hiking and loves to travel in my spare time. When she not doing all that, she also freelances as a translator.
