Overview
In this course I will teach you basic cake toppers that can be used to decorate cupcakes and cakes, delicious biscuits and some Brazilian sweets that are really popular for kids' parties.

Modeling is such a relaxing activity because you can sit and do the work in your own time. You will be able to leave the course and continue making the models at home afterwards. It is great fun for adults and kids!

We have 3 special seasonal based classes included in the course: 1x Halloween theme and 2x Christmas themes.

About me:
My name is Giovana Giannoni. I am from Brazil and graduated with a degree in Tourism. I've been working as a pastry chef for many years now and recently completed the Alain Ducasse Professional Patisserie course in France. Everything began in 2008 when I discovered my passion for working with food. I got my first job in The Butlers Pantry in Ireland, and later worked in The Westbury Hotel, Avova, Queen of Tarts. I have also done several courses around the world with specialist cake designers and chefs, as I love to learn new baking techniques, and to travel.
