Entry Requirements

Students seeking admission to the Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Transformational must have:

An Honours degree (min H2.2, Level 8 NFQ) in business or a related discipline
OR
An Honours degree (H2.2, Level 8 NFQ) in a non-relevant business discipline and 3 years' relevant work experience
OR
Admission may also be considered for experienced professionals who do not meet the admission requirements as set out above, where they can demonstrate knowledge through their work experience.

Financial services leaders play a crucial role in accelerating the transition to a net-zero economy by communicating the relationships between environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and financial performance, building consensus around sustainable investing, supporting policy measures, and fostering an ESG-focused culture of innovation.

Who is it for?
This programme is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of financial services professionals in leadership for sustainability. The programme covers ESG strategy, digital transformation’s impact on the financial services sector, risk management strategies, and organisational culture informed by sustainability principles. It aims to empower you to make a sustainable difference in your organisation, communities, and society as leaders.

When you successfully complete the programme, you will be awarded a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Transformational Leadership from UCD.

How you will benefit
On completing the Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Transformational Leadership you will be expected to be able to:
