This is a self-paced, online learning level 3 programme in reading, writing, maths and computer skills delivered on www.learnwithnala.ie. This programme will help you further develop your basic skills in literacy, numeracy and information technology.

You can complete any combination of the subjects and learn in your own time.
You can learn on your own or with the help of a NALA tutor. Tuition sessions can be arranged for up to 30 minutes once a week.
You can start this programme when you want and finish when you want.
You can take this programme along with other courses if you wish.
The programme has a recognition of prior learning (RPL) tool. This means that you can get formal qualifications for skills and knowledge that you already have.
Entry requirements:
· Education: A Level 2 Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life skills and work experience.
· Aptitude: You must be motivated to learn and be able to work independently on a computer.
· Previous Experience: None needed.
· You must be aged over 18 and based in Ireland.
What qualification you can receive:
· For each subject you successfully complete, you will receive a Level 3 Minor Award from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
· When you successfully finish six subjects, and meet QQI requirements, you will receive a Level 3 Major Award in General Learning from QQI.
