PCOC Clinical Leadership Workshop – Assessment & Response Framework
The aim of this workshop is to enhance the knowledge of clinical leaders/PCOC champions to effectively use the assessment and response framework in routine care. It will also help attendees to support and educate other healthcare professionals to use the PCOC assessment tools in routine practice.
