Means-tested maintenance grants are available to eligible students attending approved full-time courses of further education in approved Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) centres, of which Plunket College of Further Education is one. Year 1 – Progress to Year 2 or University

This course is aimed at learners who are seeking to gain an introduction to the area of Psychology. The focus is on preparation for educational progression, to Year 2 Advanced Psychology or to a number of University courses in the areas of Psychology and Social Care. Subjects include Psychology, Psychology of People, Child Development, Human Growth and Development, Understanding Mental Health, Understanding Special Needs, Counselling Skills, and Social Studies.
