This course enhances the leaner’s knowledge as a Personal Trainer to include advanced nutrition, periodisation and advanced training techniques and programme design for special population. The strength and conditioning module familiarises learners with exercise prescription specifically to improve athletic and sports performance. S&C coaches help athletes with injury prevention and proper sporting movements. Strength and Conditioning comprises of the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to develop physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one component.
