• Live in Ireland (Stamp 4, 1G or an EU Passport).
• Be an Adult (over 18 years old).
• Be able to attend the classes in real-time.

Chair Yoga Class
This weekly chair yoga class will enable you to:
• Improve strength, balance & flexibility
• Create a physical, mental & emotional sense of space and awareness to your mind, body and breath
• Reduce stress levels
• Take care of your personal well-being
• Dedicate time to turn the attention inward
• Get more involved with the Community

A chair yoga class can either be a fully seated or partially seated practice. Chair yoga encompasses the same health benefits that normal yoga practice does. The beauty of incorporating a chair into the practice is that it provides an extra level of physical and mental support and comfort.
