Communication skills enable us to express ourselves in a positive and clear way, both verbally and in written form. It is a two-way situation, so we need to develop the skills of listening also. This course helps to develop skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, using the Internet and sending emails. These set of skills are very important in the Workplace and in our everyday lives. This is a QQI Core module and may be used in conjunction with other modules to achieve a Major Award at Level 3.
