Night Classes Autumn 2022
Registration opens in July 2022 for the next group of Night Courses to be delivered in September 2022.
Course outline
The Level 6 Digital Photography course is devised as an advanced follow on course to Level 5. The course introduces the learner through class presentations, assignments and group reviews to a range of approaches in contemporary photographic practices including portraiture, documentary, landscape and still life. The emphasis is on the learner developing both their own photographic vision and ability to produce a thematic portfolio of images. Students will be required to undertake assignment work outside of class time, which will be presented for feedback in class through group reviews. Alongside assignment work students produce a Learners Record containing research and evaluation of assignments. Final assessment is through a portfolio of photographic prints and Learner Record.
