The third semester is entirely taken up with a major research project. Where sufficient applicants wish to pursue the programme in part-time mode, then learners may take half of the modules each semester (equating to approximately one day per week for four semesters) and then undertake the research project after all taught modules have been completed.
This programme will be delivered using a blended method, which is a combination of self-instructional learning materials, online lectures, traditional face-to-face lectures and workshops, online discussions and assignments. The first semester (January-May) is predominately delivered online with 2-3 intensive onsite blocks. The second semester (September – December) will include more regular onsite days to facilitate client work (Mondays) in addition to online classes (Tuesdays).
