Business IT & eCommerce
This is a QQI Level 5 course which aims to train people in IT to work in a modern office environment. The programme aims to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and competence in the core areas of e-Business Studies, the Internet and Web Authoring. This course will also enable learners to develop skills in payroll and computerised book-keeping – essential skills in a business environment. This course is supported by F.I.T.

Career Opportunities
Upon successfully completing the Business, IT & eCommerce course, students may obtain employment in administration positions in an office.
Third Level Links/Progression
Students who achieve Level 5 QQI certification can gain entry to a number of Third Level courses – such as Accounting (Maynooth), Business Studies (TU Dublin), Economics (UCD) – via the CAO application process and the Higher Education Links Scheme. For more information,
