Pre - University Science - Laboratory Techniques
This one year course is designed to give students a good understanding and appreciation of the Sciences and provide for the acquisition of relevant laboratory skills. The course also provides students with the opportunity to develop relevant life and work related skills.

Entry Requirements
Leaving Certificate with at least a grade C in Ordinary level Mathematics and one Science subject at Leaving Certificate or equivalent exam, although consideration will be given at interview to any well motivated student. We are looking for enthusiasts. Mature students are particularly welcome.
Careers / Further progression
Third Level Links
Long established links with DIT and other Institutes of Technology, and with Irish Universities and British Universities. Successful graduating students currently enter third level courses in Science. The requirements for entry differ from college to college.
