Employability Statement
CompTIA Server+ ensures professionals have the skills to work in datacenters or cloud environments. CompTIA Server+ certified candidates can work in any of these environments because it is vendor-neutral certification. CompTIA Server+ certification validates the skills necessary to be a server administrator, network administrator and data centre technician among other potential roles. A Computer Systems and Networks full award enables the learner to progress to higher education and training or enter the workforce in the job roles described above.

WHY DO THIS COURSE IN CPCC?
• This is the first Datacenter Academy Program in Association with Microsoft in Ireland
• It is based on a Traineeship/PLC model for eligible candidates
• This program takes place in our state-of-the-art Datacenter Academy lab which was officially opened in late 2019
• The DCA lab is a mini-scale 3 rack replica DC with the look and feel of a real-world operational datacenter. It is fully equipped and fully functional.
• Learners will have internship work experience to enhance their job-seeking skills
• Learners may progress to third level courses
