Learn how to cook good quality meals, with professional twists, and some very easy tasty pastries and treats for the whole family. There will also be tips given on knife skills, budget shopping etc. This class is interactive, in that Trisha also likes to learn from your ideas and tips that you can bring to the class!

Ingredients will be required after week one.

Trisha is a busy mother of 3 daughters. She is also a qualified Chef and Baker, and currently working as a Pastry chef/Chef de partie in a very busy Gastro Pub.
