A gentle approach to improve your flexibility and mobility while loosening all your muscles. Perfect as a pre or post workout for another exercise class or as a stand-alone option.

Christina started her dance training at the age of 17 in CSN, Cork. She then moved to the UK to further train in Body Work Performing Arts, Cambridge. On moving back to Cork she shared her knowledge and passion for dance with a large variety of stage schools around Ireland. Christina is now the owner and director of Dance Explosion School of Dance.
