This course is aimed at those working in Human Resources who are seeking a recognised qualification or looking to move into a Human Resource role. Delivered by an experience Human Resources Manager you will learn about the Human Resource Management function within an organisation and the various Human Resource processes relevant to any type of employer or organisation. This course is ideal for business owners seeking to develop a HR function or those wishing to develop additional knowledge of the area of employment law and policies.
