Graduates work as professional make-up and special-effects artists. Freelance or contract employment in media productions and presentations is common. The Skin Treatment Diploma enables graduates to gain employment in beauty salons and/or as freelance therapists/make-up artists. The work is varied, interesting and rewarding.

Make-up Artistry is the ideal course for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the ever-expanding beauty/fashion & media industries. From fashion to film, this course provides learners with an introduction to the skills required to work as a make-up artist. As part of this course students create make-up looks for fashion shows, magazine shoots and theatrical performances and in the process develop a comprehensive portfolio featuring a range of different looks

The main aim of the VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Certificate in Fashion and Photographic Make-up is to enable learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide fashion and photographic treatments to the general public and to gain employment in the make-up and photographic industry. This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and over and is designed to provide occupational competence at level 3. It also provides a sound platform into further training at level 4.
The main aim of the VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Certificate in Eyelash Extensions is to enable learners to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide eyelash extensions treatments to the general public and to gain employment in the beauty therapy industry. This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and over and is designed to provide occupational competence at level 3. It also provides a sound platform into further training at level 2, 3 and 4.
