Course Description:
This course will introduce students to holistic therapies. Over the 10 week weeks it will cover Tai Chi, Nutrition. Yoga, Meditation, Tarot/Oricale Card reading, Massage, Healing with essential oils, Healing with Crystals & Reiki.
Course Content:
Tai Chi (China) Nutrition (Ireland, local produce) Yoga (India) Meditation (India) Tarot/Oracle Card Reading (Divination) Massage Healing with Essential Oils Crystal Healing (or Healing with Crystals) Reiki (Japanese).
Tutor: Sarah O’Connor. As a Highly Sensitive, Empathic Intuitive, I have always been drawn to healing. As a child, I would dress up as a ‘fortune teller’ and read cards at Halloween. I’ve been reading and collecting oracle and tarot decks since then. When my mum got sick, I intuitively knew to put my hands on her where it hurt, and the pain went away. When she got really sick, we both studied Reiki together. Later we studied Angel communication, Crystal therapy and various other healing modalities. I am still thankfully blessed to have her by my side, and we have studied Yoga together often throughout the years. I have taught Yoga and meditation since 2004. I have studied and taught massage for all ages, and I continue to expand and evolve into various healing forms. I am available for coaching sessions on an individual basis.
