Autism Studies – A foundation course
Course Content
This course is aimed at autistic adults, or any adult who might be questioning an autism diagnosis. A variety of topics will be discussed and explored, including: Employability skills and navigating the workplace; Disclosure and what autism means to you; Executive functioning and organisation; Supporting mental well-being; Acing activities of daily living (cooking, cleaning, organising bills, work life balance). This is an autistic led series of classes that aim to support autistic adults in developing an understanding of their own diagnosis, and the independence and confidence that comes with this.
