Unwind into the experience of Deep Rest. This class begins with gentle body settling which leads into a guided relaxation aiming to assist releasing the stresses of an over-active mind. Suitable for teens and adults. Please bring a blanket and cushion.

Where a class is formed fees will be strictly non – refundable. Classes will break for mid term October Monday 31st to Friday November 4th inclusive.
