It incorporates the learner’s work experience with module delivery in a concise manner to facilitate completion of a full level 8 Degree qualification – aiding progression in the workplace to supervisory management roles.
The mix of academic content, peer networking and industrial experience is a key feature of the programme. The one-year programme is delivered in an evening blended mode via online and on-campus to facilitate participant access to module material. Practical laboratory sessions in relevant modules via physical experiments/ demonstrations will be carried out in the Department of Science suite of undergraduate and postgraduate laboratories.
Assessments are scheduled over the duration of the module to span the start, middle and end of the semester.
