Study Hours
On average students will study three taught modules per semester. Typically, students can expect 3 live lectures per week, each lasting approximately 1 hour. In addition to attending the lectures, students will be required to undertake self-study of 3-5 hours per week per module.

Entry Requirements
Applicants require a Level 6 Higher Cert in a related field or equivalent.

Total Fees €3,400
Students cover areas such as property sales, letting and marketing; investment valuations; project feasibility and appraisal; and commercial real estate management and leases. On successful completion of this programme, learners may progress to the second and final year of the Level 7 BSc. in Property Services and Facilities Management.
