Course Description:
A follow-on course ideally suited for those who previously attended the Genealogy for Beginners course. Includes a field trip to more Dublin record repositories

Course Content:
Do you wonder about who your ancestors were and how they lived? Join the Irish Genealogy course and explore your family history with expert guidance from Maeve Mullin. A step-by-step guide through the collections of records that are available to help you build your own unique family tree. A field trip to the main Dublin record repositories is included as part of this fascinating course. Researching your family history through genealogical records is a fascinating and intriguing hobby and for many who start to dig into their ancestors life stories it often becomes a passion and a quest for more knowledge.

Your course tutor will be Maeve Mullin, BSc, MA Irish History. Maeve started researching her own family history 20 years ago. She studied Genealogy in UCD and Irish History in Maynooth University. She leads the Research Team for Finders International Ltd., Ireland’s leading probate genealogy company.
